We open with 2 freshly ecologically renovated vacation apartments in October 2024. Our house from 1872 has been renovated since 2022, whereby we rely on clay and lime plaster, as well as carrying out energy-efficient renovations. The address is Haus Neuland, Zimmerbergstr. 11 in 99891 Bad Tabarz. Apartment 2 is located on the 1st floor of our house with southwest orientation; approx. 45 square meters, with living room with kitchen area including dishwasher, bedroom with fly screen and blackout curtains; bathroom with shower & toilet and clay plaster and small balcony approx. 3.2 square meters. Apartment 1 is also located on the 1st floor of the green villa. It has approx. 45 square meters and also has a living room, bedroom with insect screen & blackout curtains, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, bathroom with shower and WC. Facing north-west, the bedroom is a walk-through room. Parking with parking spaces in the courtyard. W-lan and TV with Netflix & Disney available.
